General Rental Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION and REFUND
No later than 14 days before the day of arrival: cancellation and modification free of charge. An email must be sent to confirm this cancellation request.
If the request is made within 13 days prior to the reservation, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.  
 

RATES
Room rates include tourist tax. Prices are in euros. VAT is not applicable. The rate displayed for the room corresponds to the rate for 1 or 2 people in the room. The third person pays an additional daily fee.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE TIMES
Arrival time on the day of your reservation: from 4 p.m. 
Departure time: no later than 10:30 a.m.
Failure to comply with this departure time may result in an additional night being charged.

PARKING
On the day of your arrival, you can park in front of the property at 1936 route des bords de dronne while you settle into your room. You must then park your vehicle in the public car park located 150m away. Parking is free of charge.

ESTATE ACCESSIBILITY
The entire estate (except for areas marked “PRIVATE”) is accessible to guests: 3,000 m² of gardens, 3 hectares of meadows and forests. Guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the premises, keep them clean, and not damage the environment.

PETS
Pets are allowed provided they are kept on a leash, respect the peace and cleanliness of the premises, and do not cause any damage to property. A penalty may be applied if this is not respected.

INCIDENTS & DAMAGE
The rooms made available to our guests are checked, functional, and in good condition. Our guests are asked to report any issues they notice to us immediately.
In the event of damage, the estate reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repairs or replacement.

NO SMOKING
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside buildings, including guest rooms. A penalty of €300 will be charged if you fail to comply with this instruction.
You may smoke and vape outside, respecting non-smokers, and dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided.
